1. Our Promise to You
At Wafadar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process in line with EU consumer protection laws.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
- The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your goods.

3. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Perishable goods (like opened food or drinks), personal care items, and certain hygiene products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.
4. Return Process
- Contact us at info@wafadar.be with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and our return address.
- Ship the items back to us within 14 days after your return request.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was incorrect or defective.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or variant, please return the item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement.
