1. Our Promise to You

At Wafadar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process in line with EU consumer protection laws.


2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

  • The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your goods.
  • To exercise this right, contact us at info@wafadar.be with your order number and reason for return.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Perishable goods (like opened food or drinks), personal care items, and certain hygiene products cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these criteria.


4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@wafadar.be with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and our return address.
  3. Ship the items back to us within 14 days after your return request.
  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was incorrect or defective.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds cover the product cost only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, size, or variant, please return the item and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a free return or replacement.
